Dr. Janice Prieto

Associate Veterinarian

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico surrounded by all kinds of animals. My passion for animals started at a young age, as shown by my "When I grow up I'll be a Veterinarian" drawing I have from kindergarten. I left Puerto Rico to pursue my bachelor's in biology at Philadelphia. Soon after graduating I then started Veterinary school at Ross University (RUSVM). I have made my dream a reality and have added an aspiration to go with it. I aspire to become a better doctor every day and connect with my patients/clients closely. Pets aren't just pets, they're family.

I live with my partner and our pets (a dog and cat). In our free time, we play tennis and visit family. I am also interested in drawing and going to the beach!
